The rooms are in a light, airy, clean and modern second floor flat in a custom block which is fully serviced.

There is a comfortable sitting room, with tv, music system, wifi broadband. A modern bathroom with bath and shower Fully fitted kitchen. There is a washing machine with dryer.

There are two small balconies, one leading to a large communal garden. We don't smoke in the house but you can always do so on the balcony!

A third room is used occasionally by son of landlady on trips back from abroad and occasionally by landlady, also on trips back from abroad. She also does a bit of cleaning when there!

We are friendly and flexible, and quiet! Tenants have been happy and would be willing to talk to you.

Buses to Finsbury Park, Archway, Kings Cross and central London are a minute's walk away and there is Crouch Hill or Haringey train stations.
