It's a nice house with lovely garden with decking ideal for summer barbecues. It faces south so gets the sun most of the time.
Close to Tooting Bec Common and the Lido. Good bus links and roughly 5 mins walk from Tooting Bec tube and plenty of restaurants in a vibrant area.
Balham and Clapham are just up the road.
Bathrooms on each floor. Big fridge/freezer, washing machine. Good sized open plan kitchen/dinner.
The room is on the 1st floor at the front of the house in a fairly quiet road. (photo actually shows the ground floor bedroom but very similar in size and shape)
Can be viewed most evenings and weekends. Available mid december
Deposit is one month's rent.
most bills are included but we all chip in for broadband, phone and some other stuff like toilet roll and cleaning stuff so we have a £2 per week per person kitty.
