I am moving out of my room in this 4 person house share at the beginning of April. The room will be available after Easter weekend.

The room is a large double room with its own private bathroom.

The rent is £444. 44 per month however this includes council tax. Gas, water, electricity and broadband are on top and these work out at about £50 per month in total. Deposit is one month's rent (£444. 44).

The house is a private house with a yard at the front and small garden to the back. The lounge and kitchen are communal.

The landlord is a building company around the corner who are easygoing and very good at popping over to fix things.

You would be sharing with 3 guys, aged 28-31, and a resident house cat, Archie. It's a friendly and sociable house. I'm moving out to move in with my girlfriend.

The house is a few minutes from central Crouch End. It's walking distance to Hornsey overground station and Archway and Finsbury Park tube stations are just a 5 minute bus ride away.

Crouch End is a great place to live. Loads of cool bars and restaurants to choose from and lots of good shops.
