Situated in the lovely Muswell Hill area very close to the Odeon cinema, right on the Broadway surrounded by restaurants and cafes . It's a very nice and convenient place to live and this place is very cheap for this area!

Room is a smallish double room. Flat has washing machine(there's a launderette across the road for drying if needed). Good powerful shower and bath.

We're looking for a, like us, easy going, sociable and respectful person to live with. We're both creative musical types. Ideally you'll similarly be creative, but it's no big deal.

Muswell Hill has excellent transport links. Highgate station is just a short bus ride (or even walk) away.

134 - A 24 hour service that runs to/from Tottenham court rd via Camden
43 - Also 24 hour service. Runs to/from London Bridge via Old Street
W7 - to Finsbury Park via Crouch End
144 - to Friern Barnet via Turnpike Lane/ Wood green
