The property is walking distance to Colliers Wood Tube (5mins walk)-(40mins to central london)
Tooting Thameslink (5-7mins walk) (20mins to London bridge/elephant and castle-40mins to kings cross and also direct to Luton airport)
The property is also 15mins bus to Wimbledon.

There is a beautiful garden with direct access from lounge and side access to the street. Perfect for breakfast on a sunny day , chilling with a drink in the evening and for BBQ’s at the weekend.

The street is quiet and the area is perfectly safe, day and night. (Which is perfect as we now have the night tube) There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby plus a 24hr Tesco oh and an amazing city farm a short walk away that has llamas.

I am an easy going clothing designer, very sporty but also love a night out. I work long hours and am a bit of a night owl, but I can sleep through anything so don’t worry about creeping about at weekends if you’re a morning person. I'm very friendly and it's important to me that my flatmates feel at home here. I'm still very good friends with my past flatmates.

Other residents are 1 friendly cat called moo (long story) she's quite old and loves attention. Never bites or scratches.
Small caged pets or fish are welcome at owners own risk.
