Hi, I’m Sharon. My house is a large 4 double bedroom Victorian property over 3 floors.

It’s a very easy commute to the City or Canary Wharf or Waterloo. It’s a five minute walk to Honor Oak Park station which is 3 stops on British Rail to London Bridge (12min) or a few stops to the Jubilee tube line on the overground tube (orange line) so Canary Wharf is a 15 minute tube journey.

Waterloo is 3 stops on British rail to London bridge, change platform for 1 stop to Waterloo East. Or by tube changing to Jubilee line at Canada Water. 20 mins.


The ground floor is 2 lounges and 30ft kitchen. The 1st floor is 3 double bedrooms and large family bathroom - the bedroom is on the 1st floor overlooking the garden and nature reserve. The other two bedrooms on the 1st floor are spare rooms so effectively you have the family bathroom to yourself. I have an en-suite attic bedroom and so there is plenty of separation and privacy rather than rooms back to back etc. I work full time and it is a peaceful, quiet house and area with a Sainsburys local, shops, restaurants and bars by the station.

I'm usually out 2 or 3 week nights socialising or exercising. Parking is unrestricted and free. Wireless broadband, linen and bills included. Would suit someone looking a lovely environment to live Monday to Friday in a quiet and friendly atmosphere. A clean and comfortable place to stay.
