We are 1 girl (Laura 27) and 1 guy (Andrew 24) professionals who work in Canary Wharf. We have a 4 bed house in Greenwich where we have lived since April, and unfortunately two of our housemates are moving out. The rooms are available 23rd August or sooner, one is £560 a month and the other £600 a month.

A bit about the house - it's a 4 bed 2 bathroom house split over 4 floors. It's a lovely grade II listed building with original wood flooring. Lower ground floor has a large kitchen (with under floor heating!), conservatory/living room, bathroom and garden. This floor is our living area. Ground floor has a bedroom and another living room/study. First floor has 2 bedrooms and top floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms are double and there is a bed and fitted wardrobes already in the room. Cutty Sark DLR is a 10 min walk or short bus ride. Deptford station is a 3 min walk. There is a nice local pub (The Duke - sometimes plays live music), a Tesco and Sainsburys 1 min walk, and a large choice of take aways!

We work hard during the week so are fairly chilled on week nights, glass of wine and a chat with dinner, tv etc (we have movie channels!). We have our own sets of friends but we do socialise together too.

We would like someone who is friendly and sociable, up for a chat, dinner, glass of wine/a beer etc. Girls and guys are welcome.
