I've got a huge double room and a single room in a recently renovated flat in Pimlico, close to Victoria.

The big room has 16 m2 (172 sq. ft.) and is incredibly bright. There is a huge window and a glass door to the balcony, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, king size bed, bed side tables and a desk with chair. Have a look on the pictures, I’m sure you will like it.

The single room is also bright and well furnished.

Everything is completely new (or almost!)! That is exactly what you will find, with new furniture, new duvet, table lamps, pictures in the wall, etc.

The flat is quite nice. We've got an entrance hall and a kitchen with balcony and all the appliances you may need. Washing machine, microwave, owen, cooker, kettle, toaster, plates, pans, glasses, etc, etc, etc… all new!! Bathroom and toilette are separated and totally new, white and clean.

There are two friendly professional guys living in the flat now. They are on their late 20's.

The location is fantastic: close the river with an nice view to the garden and Battersea Power Station, away just 5 minutes walking from Pimlico Station (Victoria Line) with 24 Bus at the corner 24hours.

There are plenty of convenience shops like Tesco, Post Office, cash machine, pharmacy, Italian delicatessen and restaurants, cafes, Pizza Hut, etc at Lupus Street, only 2 minutes walking from the door.

You could be whatever you are, as long as you don't smoke at home and you clean after using kitchen, bathroom and the common areas of the flat.

All the bills are included: council tax, electricity, gas, tv licensing, BT INFINITY unlimited broadband and cleaner every week.
