Double Ensuite in Waterfront Apartment

This room (largest room with ensuite) is part of a 3 bedroom flat including Living room/kitchen diner, balcony, storage and indoor parking. The complex is called Waterfront house because it is literally in front of the Lea River. All bedrooms & the balcony have a picturesque view of the River.

You will be living with an Italian guy who works in fashion and a Finnish girl who works in PR. We are looking for someone who is easy going & open minded. This person will also need to be really clean and tidy. We have never needed a cleaning rota and dont really want to go there! We like to keep the peace during the week but become quite a social bunch at the weekends. Don’t worry, for the most part this is out of the house but would also like someone who doesn’t mind the odd social gathering/dinner parties at home, now and again. In addition to this your personal space will be respected as we are also extremely independent of each other.

The complex is about a year old with laminate flooring and despite feeling quite removed from the hussle & bustle of London you will actually only be 5-10 mins away by bus from Hackney Central or Dalston. There you'll find all the main shops & bars with the 55 bus running 24 hrs to central London.

There is no catch with this place other than an opportunity has come up for me and I would like to find a replacement within 2 weeks.
