The room itself is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe. All furnishings are in good condition.
Unfortunately the pictures don’t really do the room justice, its very spacious. Come and see it!

Flat
The flat has gas heating and we have high-speed wireless broadband.
It is fully furnished, coming with all white goods. In the living room, we also have a dining table and brand new leather sofa. We have lots of shelf space for books and DVDs.

Deposits etc
The room is £700 pcm and the bills are about £100-110 on top of that.
As normal, one month’s rent is required up front and the deposit is also £700.
The landlord will require references.
The flat will be available from the last weekend in July.

Me
To let you know a little about myself, I’m a professional female, 31, Scottish and am a fun, sociable and considerate housemate.
I love movies, concerts/festivals, karaoke, comedy and dancing the night away.

What I’m looking for.
I’m looking for another professional female, 27-35, who has good chat, a good sense of humour and similar interests.

Transport
The area is fantastic for transport links, with easy access to central London via tube, bus, train or car.
