4 bedroomed detached house in a very quiet cul de sac in Beverley. The house has a very nice front/rear garden with off street parking for 3 cars.

Spacious lounge including 65inch TV, with catch up, etc. Large kitchen diner (very socialable area) with patio doors into the rear garden which is decked out ready for summer.

Bedroom consists of a double bed and two bedside tables, maybe a chest of drawers. The room has a 42 Inch TV with built in HDMI and USB ports. There is a separate area attached to the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers, similar to a dressing room so plenty of space. There is also an ensuite, includes toilet, basin and walk in shower glass shower.

Access to WIFI/Broadband.

The house is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre and bus station, maybe a 20 minute walk to the railway station.

I am a live in landlady, but I am now semi retired so I like to travel alot. This room is my room but I am trying to down size as I am not here as much. I currently have a long term housemate who is at the house usually midweek only. The household is extremely easy going, sociable and friendly.

I am looking for a professional person who will respect my home and take responsibility for a little tidying/cleaning when necessary.

I would rather not have anyone who works from home permanently , the odd occasion is fine and there is a home office. I do insist on non smokers even if you smoke outside, it’s just not for me so please do not apply. Also not interested in sharing my home with a couple.
