Beautiful big room peaceful split-level 2 bed flat

Hi there,

I am looking for a flatmate to rent the second room in my flat. I am 37 work as a PA, and am told I am quite outgoing and funny (not sure if they are laughing at or with me!) though I live a quiet life during the week. When I do party then it tends to be out of the house, though I really don't mind if you want to have friends round. I speak English, French and Spanish and I am half French and half English born in London. The flat was totally gutted about 7 years ago and refurbished from top to bottom. It has just been repainted and recarpeted (August 13) and is located in Hanwell, about 1 mile from Ealing Bdwy. The rent for the room is £800 per mth incl. all bills.

It is very peeaceful and cosy and is definitely my haven. The bedroom is a huge double room (more likE a studio room) and has a very clean expensive bed and also has a sofa and table in it. The room has wooden floors and a wool rug. Kitchen has all modcons and new expensive Bosch washing machine.

You have your own private toilet & sink on the same floor as your bedroom and there is a bathroom with bath and seperate shower cubicle on the top floor which is shared with myself.

2 mins walk from Hanwell station (Heathrow Connect train, 5 mins to Ealing BDWY/12 mins to Paddington). Closest tubes: Northfields/Boston Manor (piccadilly)/ Ealing Bdwy (central/district). Lots of bus stops very close by (E2, E8, 207, 83, 607 Express to Shepherds Bush) and lovely big park and gym. Close to all amenities (Londis, cafe, chemist, restaurants all very close).

Gas/ central heating.

Double glazing everywhere, no neighbours below/above so nice and quiet.

There is already a phone line installed and wireless broadband

There is a bike rack in the car park.

The flat really is lovely and has very good peaceful energy but don't take my word for it... Come and see it for yourself :)

Finally, I have to mention that I have 2 very cute cats so if you are allergic or just don't like pets pls do not apply!
