House share

I spend a lot of my time travelling for work, spending less and less time at home so have decided to let the spare rooms in my house. This property will be available for the forseeable future.

Although I will be away a lot I will be home for an average of a few nights each month, sometimes more, and it would be worth a lot to have a base in the UK for mail etc and access to a washing machine when I am here, but you will be on your own most of the time.

So one or two rooms available, both have double beds and fitted furniture, bathroom with shower and bath second separate WC downstairs, dining room, breakfast kitchen, sitting room with log burner. Central heating.

All bills will be paid. Wifi in house.

Detached cottage style 3 bedroom house, just off bus route, good bicycle connections, 2 pubs in walking distance, detached house in private quiet gardens. Off street parking.

Also have grazing and stables to let, could possibly go together with a room.

If you want to have a quiet life and be on your own most of the time I would consider letting one room only at a premium - maybe to a couple. Also might take a pet if only one other person by arrangement.

One room now taken, second room will be available from sometime in April, have been storing furniture for a friend in their and unfortunately not free yet.
