We have a very private room to rent in our quiet, friendly house in Beverley. It is a large, comfortable, 4 bedroomed detached house, situated in a quiet residential area, less than 10 minutes walk from Beverley town centre.

The house is spacious (so plenty of room for everyone) and has a large kitchen with dishwasher and all crockery, cutlery, pans etc. and dining area, large lounge, conservatory, utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The main bathroom is upstairs. There is broadband Wi-Fi.

The double en-suite room also has its own day room attached and is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, a desk and chair, settee, TV point, radiator, double glazing and gets filled with sunshine most of the day, being south facing. The room has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. It's at the back of the house. The rent for the room is £480 pcm with all bills included.

It's a quiet household and we are really chilled, so very easy to get on with. The house is smoke free and all work full time, so are out a lot.

Outside there's a south facing garden with a fish pond and patio. There is parking available.
