1 large double room to rent in recently refurbished farmhouse in Walkington, set in ½ acre of land and surrounded by fields. House is fully furnished with shared access to living room, large kitchen/diner and appliances, bathroom, shower room, downstairs toilet and large gardens. Ample parking spaces to front & rear of house. 5 minutes walk to centre of the village. All rooms have double beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, multiple power sockets & aerial points. Would prefer professionals or mature students that are tidy, easy going, like a laugh, but also ask that you are respectful and courteous to other housemates. The village has 3 lovely pubs, convenience store, post office and is a 10 minute drive to Beverley and 15 minutes drive to the University of Hull. There is also a bus stop located at the end of the main drive.
