We are looking for a friendly, professional person to move into our 4 bedroom house in Leytonstone.

LOCATION:
Lovely quiet street off Grove Green High Road
4 mins walk to Leytonstone Tube Station (Central Line)
1 min to extensive bus network
5 mins walk to great shopping area with Tesco, Boots etc and local restaurants

HOUSE
It’s a four bedroom Victorian house which has been completely refurbished. We have a large kitchen/diner, two living rooms, bathroom, two separate WC’s and spacious decked garden area which is perfect for barbeques in the summer.
The bedroom itself is a lovely double bedroom which is fully furnished. There is wireless broadband, sky and full laundry facilities and probably every gadget you could think of. We also have off street parking.
The house is beautifully furnished, unlike many flat shares this is a real home but do come and see for yourself.

ABOUT THE PEOPLE
My name is Paula, and I’m a 28 yr old account manager. Also in the house are the lovely James and Gill. We've moved into the house about a year ago but have lived in the area for 5 years - it's a fantastic house in a great location. We get along very well and enjoy socializing with friends, going to the cinema/out for dinner and also going for a drink or three! We have a fourth occupant in the form of our cat JJ. She is very well behaved and incredibly good natured but if you don’t like animals then this is not the house for you.

LOOKING FOR?
We are clean and tidy people so it is important that you are too. We like to go out and have fun, and have the occasional party with friends but primarily it is our home and most important is having a chilled out, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. No DSS need apply please.

COST
The rent for the room is £500 per calendar month including bills and council tax. Rent is to be paid a month in advance and 2 weeks deposit is required. The room is available from the 8th March.
