Architect Seeks Flatmate For Nice Apartment

Hi - I am looking for a flatmate for a couple of weeks (roughly from 12th - 28th/29th May) for my rather nice two bedroom flat on Peckham Rye. The room is a good sized furnished double with the rent including broadband, freeview and water. The flat is on the fourth / top floor of a quiet new block with a balcony at the front, panoramic views across London and very nice neighbours. The landlord is currently selling the property, so the room is only available for a couple of weeks, hence the low rent. I work as an architect and consider myself easy to get on with and considerate and would expect you to be too.

Beautiful Peckham Rye park is directly outside (if you don't know it have a look at the 'Friends of...' website) and there are loads of good pubs, bars and restaurants in the area with East Dulwich / Lordship Lane close by. It's a short bus journey to Denmark Hill, Camberwell, New Cross and Elephant and Castle and there are quick train connections to Victoria, London Bridge and Charing Cross from Peckham Rye station.
I look forward to hearing from you.
