Hi All, we have a very large double room coming up in our 3 bed flat in Fulham. Our flatmates have gone back home so we now need to fill the room.

Ok firstly the flat:

It is a 3 bed flat on fulham palace road - it has a big L shaped lounge with 2 leather couches, coffee table, LCD tv, dining table and chairs for 6 people and a kitchen with dishwasher, plates etc and even a basil plant. There is a huge backyard - partly paved and then grass. We have outdoor furniture etc and we are currently debating whether to get a spa pool for winter...

The flatmates:

In the first room is Kate - she works as a teacher for a local school, sings and does acting stuff and is obsessed with the gym. Other than the above she is pretty cool...

I live in the next room - i am from NZ and have been here for about 6 years. Work in property, pretty social etc etc

The final member of our household is my dog, Mango. He is a yellow Labrador and slightly retarded but a lot of fun. Obviously if you want to move in you need to be very dog friendly as otherwise you will go insane.

The room itself is massive, a while back there were two girls living there so we had two double beds comfortably in the room plus a huge wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabitnets etc. Our last flatmates were a couple but they decided to keep the two beds and used them to form one giant sleeping area...

We pay a set rate of £18pw for a single and £30pw for a coulple for the main bills and then pay a little extra for sky, internet (the two cost around £14 a month) and a we each chip in £7 per week for a cleaner.

The flat is halfway up fulham palace road, there are loads of buses to get to Hammersmith station, putney bridge and straight into town. There is a gym around the corner from our house and a few decent pubs etc.

We all work pretty hard during the week and like to be pretty social in the weekends - though we try and treat the house as more of a home rather than a party flat (prefer to ruin other peoples houses...). you donthave to be our best mate however we would prefer someone who will hang out with us rather than some hermit
