I'm a professional female looking for a non-smoking professional female to rent a spacious room in my lovely 2 double bedroom maisonnette split on 2 floors in Notting Hill, 4 minute walk from Portobello Rd, 1 minute walk from Westbourne Park Tube.

It's fully furnished and refurbished with a large light living room with wooden floor, modern fitted kitchen (incl. washing machine, dishwasher...), skyHD tv, internet, shower/ bath.

I have a cleaner who comes every week (including bed linen change) and her fee is already included in the monthly rent. Ironing available on request.

Rent is £950 a month including all bills for a period of 6 months minimum available from 1st of April.
