Hi guys! I'm looking to rent out a double room in my house! Ideally located in arbroath town center right beside the library. Rent is £345 per month this including sole use of double bedroom and sharing rest of house with myself. All bills included in rent ie - gas, electricity, council tax and sky tv. Sorry but no dss, couples or children! Pets negotiable as I have a puppy. I receive house keys at start of march so moving in day can be discussed with suitable tenants.
