I have available a newly decorated double bedroom in a fully furnished maisonette. You would have sole use of the bedroom, and shared use of a spacious kitchen diner, living room and bathroom, sharing with myself and my two friendly cats.
It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the town centre / 15 minutes to the college, and has beautiful views over the sea and harbour from all rooms.
£90/week will include all electricity, gas (includes gas central heating), wireless broadband and council tax.
Sorry, but no smokers, although pets may be negotiable. Also note that the flat is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the block, so unfortunately you will have to climb a lot of stairs!
