On good bus routes to anywhere in town or outwith - Carnoustie, Arbroath etc.

Must be Non smoker, I do have a small cocker spaniel but he is friendly & goes to my parents while I am working.

Looking for &450 incl bills (maybe negotiable) but reason for this price is that I work shifts & an often away therefore my sharer would potentially have the entire house to themselves a lot of the time. It's generously sized & in good condition. the bedroom is good size furnished double room, with fitted wardrobes, kingsize bed & access to a full Virgin tv package in the bedroom (just have to provide own tv) I have a main bathroom & downstairs toilet, garden, gd size family kitchen & access to Virgin/wifi.
