Rent (£350 per calender month, or, £95 per 7 day week) includes Gas and Electric bills.

. The newly fitted kitchen has all mod cons including Hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc. Crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and cooking utensils are also provided.

. The bathroom is fitted with a W. C., Wash Basin, Bath and Shower. All walls are fully tiled as is the floor. Towels are also provided.

. The comfortable Living room has a large leather 3 piece suite with reclining arm chairs and 3 seater sofa, wide-screen television with freeview, stereo system, coffee table and nest of tables.

. The bedroom has a lockable door (for privacy and security), single bed, 3-door full size wardrobe, television with freeview, worktable and stool. Bedding is also provided.

The house is semi-detached situated in a very quiet and secure private area, within easy reach of the town centre. Broughty Ferry is nearby and it is only a 10 min walk to Gardyne Rd campus.
4 bus routes, all within 5-10 min walk, serving the town centre and ninewells, and also heading east to Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Arbroath, etc.

This is NOT a multiple occupancy rental, there is only ONE room available for rent and you will be sharing the rest of MY home with myself. I would prefer someone more mature, but will consider students and younger people on their own merit.
