I've recently moved from Glasgow for a graduate job in Dundee and am renting a flat in Broughty Ferry at the moment.
The Flat: Modern 2 bedroom , 1 bathroom first floor flat in a quiet area with a communal garden. Street parking available
Me: 23 year old electronics graduate so work 9-5, Spend most of my free time outdoors climbing and kayaking so normally only in the flat in the evenings or the odd occasion i spend a weekend taking it easy.
I have a busy lifestyle and although i enjoy pretending to still be a student sometimes i am generally fairly quiet and work during the week so ideally looking to find a similar flatmate.
