I have fairly recently moved to Dundee for a graduate job and i'm currently renting a nice two bedroom flat in Broughty Ferry.
Now looking to find a flatmate to make things a bit more affordable, ideally renewing the lease in mid February if things worked out.
The Flat: Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor flat in a quiet area in the center of Broughty ferry. Communal garden and Street parking.
Me: 23 year old electronics graduate so work 9-5 in dundee, Spend most of my free time outdoors climbing and kayaking.
I have a busy lifestyle, spending the majority of my weekends in the outdoors. Although i enjoy pretending to still be a student sometimes I am generally fairly quiet and work during the week so ideally looking to find a similar flatmate.
