I have a room to rent in a house in a quiet residential area within Dundee. It is close to Ninewells, the technology park and major supermarkets and it on a main bus route to access to city centre and universities.
Bills are included these include gas and electricity. Internet - Wireless is provided and is available throughout the house.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes (with excellent storage), TV, dvd and freeview, Hoover, iron and ironing board and utensils (pots, pans, cutlery, cups/glasses, plates/bowls etc) are within the house. Parking available on street.
The room is available on short term lease. The price is £300 a month rent. References and deposit of £300 is also required.
