I’ve put together some of the most important information regarding the flat for your interest and if you have any further questions I am happy to answer them. I lived in the flat when I was a student but now I am all grown up and working in Edinburgh and looking for people to love my flat for me.

Location

The flat is situated right in the city centre of Dundee, and we have fantastic public transport, only 5 minutes from the railway station and 10 from the bus station. The no. 22 bus to St Andrews leaves regularly from across the road and the no. 73 to Ninewells Hospital and Medical School passes the flat up to every 10 minutes.
This means that the flat is right on the University of Dundee campus and only a short walk from Abertay University.

Flat Amenities and Facilities
The flat is fully furnished, warm and comfortable with gas central heating. In the flat there is a shared bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower and bath. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences you would expect; dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
