I am currently looking for a new student flatmates to move in from the 1st Septmeber.
The double room is spacious with a large window, double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinet and book shelf.
There is a large living room with sofas, TV, Sky and broadband.
The kitchen is fully equipped including DISHWASHER, washing machine and breakfast bar.
The property benefits from gas central heating and is located only 3 minutes walk to Abertay University and 10 minutes to Dundee University (Commercial Street).
The rent is 320pm plus bills per room, which are normally 35 in summer, 50 in winter and the lease is 12 months .
