I am looking for 1 new flat mate to move in to my flat. Newly decorated, with shared sitting room, decent sized kitchen and bathroom.
I would prefer to live with people between the age of 20-30, preferably females please. I am very tidy, organised and would like to have a flatmate that also cleans up after themselves and occasionally helps with general tidying and cleaning of the flat.
£300 a month, £12 a month each for Internet/TV/Phoneline.
Council Tax (payable by professional flat mates only, students do not have to pay) is BAND B.
