I have a lovely two bedroom flat, which is on the ground floor in a quiet street and has double glazing. The flat is modern, clean, spacious and has recently been decorated. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so looking for someone with these standards too. The flat has gas central heating and Sky TV with broadband.
The deposit is £300.
The rent is £350 per calendar month, which covers rent, gas and electric bills as well as SKY TV and broadband.
The flat is just around the corner from the University of Abertay and a 10 minute walk away from Dundee University. As well as being very close to Dundee High street and both the train and Bus station.
I am going into my fourth year at Abertay Uni studying Forensic Science. I am bubbly and enjoy meeting up with friends and cooking.
I am looking for a flat mate who is happy and has a similar personality as me.
