We are looking for a flat mate for a property located on Ladywell Avenue in Dundee city centre. The room has a double bed and is fully furnished.
Currently living here are two professionals, very relaxed. Work hard during the week and enjoy a drink and a socialise at the weekend.
The property is a 3 bedroom mid-terraced house with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is ample storage space - two large cupboards located just outside the room exclusively for the tenant.
Both the Wellgate shopping centre and Gallacher Retail Park (DW Sports Gym etc.) are located within a couple of minute walk. Abertay and the University of Dundee are easily accessible by foot.
