Please people think logically,
If you live in the centre of dundee you will be 50/60 more expensive and you will not get what you get here. I may be 7-9mins away on bus depending where in town your going but even if you get a place in the centre the chance is you will still then be walking 9-10mins too your location as you will not get short hop buses lol.

Bus pass is 33 a month a 28 for student, my flat is 10mins from broughty ferry and its also got some good walks here too. Now something about me
