Hi there!!
I have a room avavailble asap in a large 5 bedroom flat in Dundee city centre. Its a really lovely, fully furnished flat over 2 floors. There is currently three female students, all 21, living here. Two of the girls are 3rd year nursing students and one is doing a masters in business. They are really lovely and would be very welcoming to whoever moved in :). Rent is £300pcm and £35 for gas & electric and wifi. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
As living with all females, preferrably a female would be wanted to move in. Someone easy going, friendly, clean, tidy and up for the odd glass of wine :)
