I am a current student in Dundee and have a room in a flat to rent over summer, my other two flat mates will also be vacant over summer and no one is moving in so you will have a free roam with regards the flat.
The other two flatmates are very quiet and studious anyway.

No gas, everything is electric.
Anyone welcome, council tax already dealt with.
Security deposit to take over lease will be 295 however, I may take care of that considering how short notice you are looking to move in.
