The Flat:
The bills and internet are included in the rent.

Its a single bed room with a wardrobe, and tables. Chester drawers will be available in the room if you require it, but the wardrobe is huge.
Shared living room, the living room is a decent size with an L shaped couch.
Kitchen will have everything you need for cooking.
The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower.
Internet available.

About the existing Flatmate:
My name is Michelle. I will be starting Second year at Aberaty University, studying Game Design and Product Management.

I like metal, rock, alternative music, and the one off song from other Genre. I enjoy playing video games, tabletops, and wii games(I don't own any Nintendo consoles). I enjoy cycling to and from the university and other cycle route such as Dundee to Broughty Ferry.
Other activities are drawing and archery.
