I am dropping out of uni after this year, however I have found a house that I no longer require with three other flat mates from Dundee University. We are now looking for a flat mate to take my place. The house is located on Larch Street, minutes walk away from both Abertay and Dundee University as well as the city centre. The house so far consists of three girls, aged 19-21. The house is a mix of both first and second year students. The girls are a lively bunch, sociable and very easy to get on with. Preferably looking for a girl or the right type of guy.
Modern townhouse with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, utility room, big garden, car parking space etc. Sky TV is also to be set up in the house.
The rent is £370 PCM not including bills- these bills have been worked out to be cheap per month. NO DEPOSIT!
