The flat is in a prime location having local amenities such as Tesco and several takeaways. It is a 10-minute walk from town centre and Abertay University and only a 15-minute walk to Dundee University. The flat is situated on the 1A/1B and 22 bus routes which runs by both universities and leads to Ninewells Hospital. The flat has 60Mb wireless broadband.

I, myself, am a laid-back person who enjoys playing video games or having a few beers watching the football. I maintain a general level of cleanliness and I would expect the flatmate to be the same. Please be aware that I have two house cats.

The room will cost £350 and this will include all bills, including broadband and electricity, and use of all items within the flat.
