Single room to rent - HMO property - £270 a month

Looking for a place to stay this upcoming academic year? I'm currently looking for replacement flatmates for the people moving out at the end of August

You would be moving into the house with myself and 3 others, and I've been here since last September. I'm a 24 year old male, studying at Abertay. The other people already signing up contracts should be females, all in their 20's, one from Scotland, one from Germany and the last from Italy.

The address is 23 Ladywell Avenue, and the house has one single room available. Bills come to about £35 a month, including internet. We have two toilets with showers, a very well fitted kitchen, around the corner from the University and the Wellgate shopping centre. Its a quiet street. No smoking in the house, and no pets allowed.

The landlady and her husband are very personable and nice people. Absolutely no problems with repairs if requested, done promptly and discreetly.

I'm not picky with who I stay with, as long as you are willing to take part in the weekly clean of the house and won't shirk the shared responsibility.
