23 year old Scottish female seeks female flatmate

Hello!

I'm just going in to my 2nd year of my PhD in Biology at Dundee Uni and my flatmate has finished her course so I'm looking for a new (female) flatmate. I'm friendly, easy-going and tidy (but not clean-freak level) so a similar flatmate would be ideal.

I enjoy having a few drinks, socialising, cooking and music festivals. I work long hours during the week so I don't actually spend a huge amount of time in the flat! A postgrad or later-year undergrad student would be perfect i. e. someone who won't be partying non-stop during the week (I would've considered a young professional as well but unfortunately this would mean paying council tax).

The flat is 2-bedroom (both good sizes), with one bathroom with electric shower and bath tub, a large living room with two sofas and a dining table with chairs, and a kitchen with cooker, washing machine/dryer and breakfast bar. My landlord did the flat up before I moved in a year ago so the flat feels quite modern and new inside. It's right around the corner from the bus station, a 10 minute walk to the train station, 15-20 minute walk to Dundee Uni or a 5-10 minute walk to Abertay. Bills usually come in at £30-odd a month maximum (electricity is paid in 3 month chunks).
