Lovely double room available now in spacious flat

Double room available in my spacious flat.
The room is furnished with double bed, bookcase, desk and walk in wardrobe. It is neutrally decorated and bedding can be provided. The room has a window facing out into private garden with blinds and curtains to maintain privacy and heat. The room is carpeted and cosy with a radiator that can switched on/off.
The flat is a two bedroom with garden. There is a spacious open planned kitchen/lounge area which would be shared with me. The bathroom would also be shared and is equipped with a corner bath, shower, WC and basin.
The room is let on a bills included basis (excluding use of the landline telephone). The flat has broadband internet and free view TV.
I have one cat who is very friendly, but you would need to like cats to take the room!
There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.
I would prefer a flatmate who is a professional and enjoys a quiet life! I am clean and tidy and enjoy using my kitchen. I usually spend my evenings reading or watching a good TV show. I would need my flatmate to be respectful of my property and keep similar hours.
There is ample on street car parking.
