we have a double room up for rent in our lovely 3 storey townhouse from 1st May. 5 mins walk to city centre. There is on street parking and a driveway. the room is spacious with plenty storage and has an en suite with power shower.

Looking for a non student for council tax purposes. We are two outgoing girls who love to socialise, and have a good laugh together.

We are looking for someone tidy - (not OCD tidy but just normal tidy!!!)
male or female - as long as you are up for some banter and some laughs

There is a spacious kitchen/diner and separate living room. There is also a balcony/bbq area which is good for parties.

rent is 310 per calender month. Bills wise you are looking at - council tax around 55, gas/elec around 36 and tv license/internet around £12 - so around 413 all in.

there are plenty amenities close by including Tesco/coop, and pizza hut delivery is just across the road.
