The house is warm and comfortable, the housemates friendly and tidy and utility bills do not tend to exceed £15 per month. The house is run by "2RentMe" estate agents, so any problems are quickly resolved, and the deposit is £400. It's a great house so I'm hoping to find someone clean and friendly to replace me!
