Furnished double room in student flat

Due to not continuing my studies, I am sub-letting my room in a four bedroom student flat at 6 Horsewater Wynd, Dundee. The lockable room is fully furnished with a double bed, large table, wardrobe, set of drawers, office chair and storage shelves.

The flat consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms; both with toilets and showers and one with a bath; and a shared kitchen/ living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty of storage space.

Broadband is available and bills are exluded from the monthly cost of the room but are only expected to be about £10/week.

The flat is ideally located, overlooking the Dundee university campus, a minutes walk from any of the Dundee university buildings and also a minutes walk from the student union. It is a five minute walk from the city centre and a ten minute walk from the train station. It is also located a minutes walk from Perth Road, which is well known for having some of the best pubs in Dundee.

The other flatmates are three male Dundee university students. One of them is in 1st year and the other two are in 4th year. They are aged between 19 and 23 and have a responsible and mature outlook. Everyone respects the flat and each other so I envisage no issues in everyone getting along.
