Hello i currently have a room to rent in my home It's a warm large room (14 x 9 foot) with a huge wardrobe and a comfortable bed its a town house with a very small garden, And even though its in the city, its very quiet.

We have residents parking if you are a car owner, or its near a bus stop. it has a shower room that is used by two other people and central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer

Located in crescent lane, its very close to the city center and just a stones throw from the new indigo hotel we have parking and electric, gas and council tax, high speed wifi internet all included in the rent .

For professionals only full time and non student or shift workers Non smoker and please note room is for single use only. minimum 6 month stay, sorry but no couples or Dss.

Rent is £350 per month and that includes bills and returnable deposit is £300 both in advance
