I am a fairly normal person looking for another fairly normal person to rent out a room in the house I'm staying in. The house is a large semi detached house with driveway and garden front and back.
Large double room with shared living spaces. there is another spare room which can be turned into another lounge area or office space if needed. Rent is £350 before bills and Ctax.
I enjoy going out with mates, staying in watching netflix or playing the playstation and other non remarkable things people do from day to day.
I work full time and play football during the week with mates and at the weekend as well.
