Room with beautiful view in great location

Hi,
I will be sad to leave the flat in April or May and am looking for someone to take over until September. Short term leases are welcome.
My flatmates are Scottish and Swedish, study art and Business respectively and are lovely. They do smoke, but never ever inside so it doesn't really concern the flatmate. They are both tidy and living with them has been a pleasure for me.
There is one bathroom with bath and shower, a nicely equipped kitchen and a living room with two beautiful and comfy sofas and a table.
The room itself is spacious and as stated above has a beautiful view over the old houses and garden and the Tay Estuary and some hills bside it can be seen from the window as well: look out for the perfect sunsets you get almost every evening in Dundee! There is a bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe provided, I also have a big mirror, a very comfy armchair and a little commode or sidetable to go with it; these could be taken over if wished.
The flat is in the West End and very close to the university and the city centre is reached in 10 minutes by bike. Balgay Park is close by and there's a coop in five minute walking distance. The 24 hour bakery is practically right beside the flat, so you will never starve.
The other costs are for internet and an insurance: those are 10 pounds per month and the electricity bill varies.
The potential flatmate should be reliable first of all, tidy and friendly basically.
