Fully furnished, very nice and very well maintained flat. Kitchen with all accessories in good condition. Spacious living room, sofas, dinning table, big tv. Really nice bathroom with shower and heated towel rail (winter).
It really is a must see!

The flat is in a 2nd floor with lift. It is very well located off Perth Road in a very quiet area with plenty of parking.

Great access into town, to riverside, to the hospital and the university. Close to all local shops and restaurants/bars. 15 minute walk into town and 15 minutes to the train station.

Perfect for young professional, but students might be considered.

You'd be sharing with a 29 male professional. We are looking for a very tidy, nice, and organized flatmate who definetly cleans after him/herself.

This is a very tidy and extremely clean home. If you are lazy and not willing to maintain the flat tidy and clean in a daily basis, please do not bother.

No smoking and pets are allowed in the accommodation.

Bills approx 40-45.

Anything else just ask!
