Flatmate Wanted for Single Room in Three Bedroom F

23 Perth Road, Dundee, DD1 4HU wants you! Claire Nisbet (21 years old and a textile student) and myself (21 years old and a graphics student) are two art students looking for a fabulous flatmate to play with! We are both going into our 4th year at Duncan of Jordanstone. We hold the title for the closest flat to the University (being next door) and best flatmates (if we don't say so ourselves).

Our preferred flatmate can be male or female of any age, but most importantly can clean their own dishes! We are social, welcoming and hardworking, therefore if you are likes us! Join us!

In the flat (see pictures - sorry for bad pictures) we have one bathroom, one kitchen/living room, a big- big cupboard and three bedrooms! All furniture is given to us including the flat-screen TV and washing machine.
