We've 2 double rooms available in our large detached house.
We live in the west end just off the Perth Road 5 minutes from the shops/pubs etc.
At the moment there's 2 girls and 1 boy aged from 26-34
The house has high speed broadband, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, off street parking, front and back gardens, a big kitchen (pics 2 and 3) and living room.
The rooms are available until the start of summer next year
The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE and covers tv licence, phone / broadband (local calls) council tax, gas and electricity
We've built a pizza oven in the garden and have a small friendly dog (springer spaniel) and a cat
