Flatshare Room City Quay~

We will have a room available from late March and looking for someone to come and live with us! There's two of us in the house, Bradii and Serena, and we come with three baby rats. The rats are in the living room in a cage that can move easily and there's an air purifier and we keep the room very fresh.

We are night shift and can work and be awake at unpredictable hours, but we're used to keeping quiet at night. We do a lot of art (mostly digital) and can quietly vanish into the studio.

We also like going out clubbing, as well as lazy flat parties to 420am and beyond, with lots of blankets and a projector to play Netflix or YouTube on the wall. We are happy to have someone who would like to join in, but we're also OK to keep everything contained if you'd rather keep to yourself :)

Room is £550/Month, which is all inclusive for parking, fibre optic, and bills (fair usage on electricity). Also, it's not quiiiite an en suite, but the available room is immediately next to a bathroom, which we are happy to call "yours", as we have an en suite that we will use. The bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space and sits next to the private back garden at the courtyard and is pretty quiet.

The flat is ~10 mins away from the bus/train station and city centre. We have a dishwasher and a (brand new) washing machine.

Price for couples we're looking at aronud £700 total, but we can be flexible if needed.
